Having studied law at Southampton University before going onto obtain a commendation at Guildford College of Law, James qualified as a solicitor in 2001.
He joined Horsey Lightly’s London commercial property team in 2004. James specialises in commercial property investments and transactions. He has a wealth of expertise in real estate, particularly property development, commercial landlord and tenant, secured lending and residential property transactions.
Outside of real estate he can also assist with wills, lasting Powers of Attorney and obtaining probate. Derived from a family of solicitors, from a young age James has been passionate in his belief that the role of a solicitor is not only to provide solid legal advice but also to care for your client’s business affairs.
Living in South West London James is often found socialising with friends or out sailing the open waters when the opportunity presents itself.
